2.1.The engine of wood chipper, welded by high strength sheet metal, is the support foundation for the whole machine.
2.2.Dead-knife seat support welded with the engine base is used to put the knife seats.
2.3.The pressed block fasten the dead knife in the knife seats by specialized in manufacturing of high strength bolts.
2.4.The knife base is fixed in the engine base by clamp which can pass through the hole of side wall of base free.
2.5.The chips can fall down through the screen and discharge the bottom of engine base.
2.6.Oversized wood chips can be broken by grinding rod installed in the engine base.

4. Details for our process and materials
4.1. Upper and Lower Feeding Rollers inside can be changed easily, fixed by high strength screws.
4.2. Belt pulley uses upgraded steel material, more durability.
4.3. All steel materials are cut by CNC laser machine, thickness is 25mm, Q345B material, more durable.
4.4. Motors and reducers use top brands. Spiral bevel gear reducer has long service life and relatively high price.
4.5. Rotor uses dynamic balance testing to ensure safety and stability. Chipper Knives use premium quality steels for optimizing performance, enhancing the abrasion resistance and prolong the service life.
