1. The mixing cycle of the double-shaft feed mixer is short and the mixing uniformity is high: the general material is mixed in 45-60 seconds with a mixing uniformity CV≤5%, which reduces the mixing time and greatly improves the production efficiency;
2. Large variable range of filling volume: the variable range of filling coefficient is 0.1-0.8, which is suitable for the mixing of materials with different specific gravity and particle size in multiple industries;
3. Mixing does not produce segregation: after the machine is mixed uniformly within 1 minute, the material continues to be mixed without grading, and it will not produce segregation because of the large difference in specific gravity, particle size and other materials, so as to obtain a high-precision mixture;
4. Fast discharge, small residual amount: the bottom adopts a full-length double-door opening structure, so the discharge is rapid and the residue is small;
5. Large amount of liquid added: adding 30% of the liquid can still mix the material evenly, that is, it can mix viscous materials;
6. The sprocket chain adopts a three-row chain structure, driven by the cycloidal needle wheel reducer to drive the rotor to rotate in opposite directions, the transmission mechanism is unique, the operation is stable, the transmission torque is large, and the wear is low.
